ISO Dock/Hangar 630 Renovations

Scope
As a task order on the USACE SATOC Design/Build contract, Frazier Engineering provided the materials, labor, equipment, transportation, and services to complete the construction of the existing ISO Dock/Hangar 630 renovations and the hangar extension.
Implementation
Improvements included renovations to the new hangar extension area and the existing hangar area. Major components were the installation of 100,000 gallon water tank to supply the fire protection systems for the two hangars, installation of a 30,000 gallon underground AFFF containment tank, installation of the bridge crane, replacing existing high bay light fixtures, completion of the fire protection/fire alarm systems, renovations to the existing fire pumps, coating and painting of the hangar floor with high moisture vapor, and general architectural work (i.e. kitchens, offices and break rooms).
